Branding: embroidery, embossing, printing on bags and other products
randed bags, printed bags, printing on bags, embroidery on bags, stamping on leather products - this is the bottom line in our business.
The branding is what turns the products from quality products into quality advertising and sales promotion products, or simply into nice and useful gifts. And there is a difference: the printing of your logo turns the bag into a special bag, your bag, which will always remind the customer where and why he/she came to him/her!
Most of our products - bags, backpacks, satchels, sports bags, travel bags, computer bags, military bags, wallets, suitcases - are delivered to the customer, in the end, after being branded, and the customer receives them bearing their company logo, Advertising or any message he wants to spread.
Bags with printing are considered one of the most successful advertising products, and for good reason. A bag is a product that accompanies us every day. The bag is external and visible to all, and unlike the shirt, is not changed every day. The bag 'works' every day, goes everywhere with its owner, a computer bag for work, a student bag for studies, a suitcase that travels the world, a sports bag for the gym - all these are really personal items. Therefore, the bag (like a suitcase / satchel / purse) should be useful, high-quality and beautiful, with printing or embroidery (or any other brand), which is impressive and extends life, such that the advertiser will be proud to stand behind it. A beautiful and high-quality brand is necessary!
Matching colors for printing/embroidery
In most cases, in bags, it is advisable to match the choice of bag colors to the colors of the logo or the message printed/embroidered on the bag. Matching the colors of the logo with the colors of the bag will give the product a more beautiful, professional, and respectable look. The brand looks like a natural part of the bag, and not as something foreign and forced.
Examples:
*On a bag most of which, and the background of its printing area, is black, and the colors red and white are combined in it, will, in most cases, be beautiful and it is requested to print on it in red or white.
*On a bag that is all royal blue it would be nice to print in white or black, but printing in light blue, green or purple can look unclear, and too close to the color of the bag.
*If the logo we want to print/embroider is red, we will look for a product whose background color is not red, but is such that red will be seen sharply and clearly on it - let's say white, gray, or black. It is desirable that red also appears in the product - and thus the logo will appear 'tied' and belong to the bag.
That is, the color recommended for printing will almost always be a color that is integrated into the bag, and/or a color that contrasts with the background color on which it is printed. Since white printing looks good on almost all colors and white is suitable for many companies/organizations as their logo color, white is the most common color in our prints and embroideries, but when embroidering, you often combine several colors.
However, it is clear that each case is different, which is why we prepare a high-quality simulation before printing. In addition, in any case of doubt regarding the appearance, we prepare a real test print on the selected product, verify in advance how the finished product will look, and confirm it with the customer - if he desires it.
Because of the requirements regarding the color combinations, Shogun holds bags and many other products in a wide variety of colors and designs, so that we can find a suitable product for each customer who wishes to brand their products.
The main types of branding for bags, luggage and leather goods
Silk printing:
Screen printing is the most common printing on bags and leather-like products, and can be applied to almost all products and colors. With this printing method, one to three colors are usually printed (more possible, but rare), and it is suitable for a large number of products (prints).
There is a certain initial expense for the preparation of the nets (net for each color), but each print is relatively cheap and fast.
As mentioned, silk printing is the most common of the branding methods, and we have a lot of experience with it, and we can print hundreds and thousands of bags in a few days.

Sublimation printing:
Sublimation printing is suitable for small quantities (and even for individual items) and above. The printing is without color limitation, and requires that the background color, on which it is printed, be white or light. For this purpose, we have products designed for this, the color of the front, on which the printing is intended, is white.
With this method you can print, for example, different photos of children - on each different photo bag. The print quality (resolution) is good, but not as high and sharp as in heat stickers. The color transfers by itself, and the touch of the printed area is the same as the rest of the bag, the print is actually on top of the bag.

Digital Transfer Print (Heat Transfer Printing) On Bags
If you require greater detail in your logo, brand or design than screen printing and sublimation can provide, such as when the logo/artwork has overlapping colours, then digital transfer printing is a good option.
By cutting out the design on a special vinyl material, the whole design is captured in one application. The vinyl is placed over the material, and using a special heat press at high temperatures (about 160⁰C), the design is transferred to the bag material.
The number of colours is unlimited, and the printed resolution is higher than all the other printing options that we offer.
However, the process of Heat Transfer leaves a thin vinyl layer on the product, with the same shape as the outline of the logo.
This technique is great for bags such as sports bags that require bright and bold club logos with finer detail. This method is cost effective for small and large orders.
We will confirm the look of the final product prior to mass production.

Embroidery On Bags
Embroidery is a high-quality and impressive method to decorate bags and other textile items, and it is the favourite one among many.
The details/pattern of your design is initially reviewed and read by the software and an automated ‘stitching plan’ is created.
Then, the bag material is fixed in position using a ring, and using our computerised sewing machines, the design is embroidered onto the fabric.
The stitch colours, density and finishing can all be varied, providing a 3D finish to the final logo. It can add greater texture to your logo and be used to highlight different parts of your design.
Common logo embroidery has between 2,000 to 6,000 stitches, with one to eight colours.
The area used for embroidery of logos, brands and designs is usually the smallest of all our printing options.
With our stocked products there is no minimum quantity. In most cases, there is, however, a small fee for the stitching program.
With this technique we accept a minimum order quantity, for specially produced items, of approximately 500 items.
It is better to print/embroidery during the bag/product manufacture, i.e. on the individual fabric pieces rather than the final product. This way the process is cheaper, and access to the material is easier, enabling greater flexibility in the positioning of the design and a higher quality. Additionally, should any mistakes or errors occur, only part of the bag has to be discarded rather than the entire product.
